Welcome to Bio Wise Testing Solutions. By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to drug testing, DNA testing, blood & body fluid tests, and gender reveal services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Services Provided 

 

Bio Wise Testing Solutions offers a range of testing services, including but not limited to:

- Drug Testing

- DNA Testing

- Blood & Body Fluid Tests

- Gender Reveal Testing

- DOT Compliance Services

- Employer Occupational Health Services

 

We partner with **certified and accredited** laboratories to ensure accurate and reliable results. Our services are available in Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

 

3. Mobile Service 

 

For client convenience, we offer mobile testing services at pre-arranged locations. Clients must ensure they are available at the scheduled time and location. Failure to be present at the designated time may result in forfeiture of the service fee.

 

4. Appointment Scheduling & Rescheduling

- Clients must book their appointments in advance.

- Rescheduling must be requested **at least 6 hours before** the scheduled appointment time.

- Rescheduling requests must be made via phone or email:

- Requests made within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be accepted, and the prepaid service will be forfeited.

 

5. No Refund Policy for Prepaid Services

By purchasing our prepaid services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- All payments for prepaid services are non-refundable.

- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction, changes in personal circumstances, or any other reason.

- If a client fails to reschedule within the required timeframe or misses their appointment, the service fee is forfeited.

 

6. Confidentiality and Privacy  

 

All test results and personal data are handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with applicable laws. We do not share client information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability Disclaimer  

 

Bio Wise Testing Solutions strives for accuracy and reliability in all services provided.

 

However:

- We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the interpretation or use of test results.

- We do not provide medical advice, and clients should consult a healthcare professional regarding any test results.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
